Return policies

The customer shall examine the product immediately upon delivery, within a period not exceeding 2 days. Once this period has elapsed, the customer will be considered to have accepted the product. For cases of damaged or wrong product, the customer has the right to return the product, for which he/she must previously contact Evano and obtain the corresponding approval for the return or replacement. The product must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging. In case the return is caused by customer error, the shipping costs for replacement will be at your expense, Evano does not accept collect shipments, unless there is a justification for the return in terms of the warranty. The purchases made to Evano are not refundable, in case that the return applies, the client will be able to choose another product of equal or greater price paying the corresponding difference. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to keep your ticket for any clarification, warranty or exchange.
